Our Commercial Operations division work in partnership with teams from across our business to develop stores that offer our customers well designed and intuitive shopping layouts, helping us to maximise our revenue. To make this possible we draw on a diverse range of data sources and factor in a considerable number of external considerations to develop designs and store formats that exceed any other retailer. We’re also the team responsible for delivering tools, training, analysis and process that enable our trading teams to be best in class, safe and legal.
